Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic social media plan that aligns with broader marketing objectives to enhance our visibility on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, and X.
- Create and curate high-quality content including posts, stories, reels, and videos that maintain a cohesive and visually appealing brand image.
- Manage and cultivate our social media communities by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and promoting positive interactions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the digital marketing and content management teams, to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- Partner with local businesses to feature their content and organize familiarization tours for fresh social content.
- Identify and connect with influencers and creators to expand our reach and showcase authentic travel experiences.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and use insights to refine strategies for better engagement.
- Oversee the organization's visual content library using tools such as Crowdriff.
Required Skills
- Proficient in managing various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting abilities tailored for diverse audiences.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) and other content creation tools.
- Photography and videography expertise, including proficiency with basic equipment.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and influencer marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.

Compensation And Benefits
Salary Range: \(70,000-\)75,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
